1. Product Archetype & Safety

Zenith Packaged Drinking Water is a food product. It follows strict hygiene and safety rules under FSSAI. We carry out quality checks at every step. These checks cover production, packaging, and delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Mandate

Delivered products cannot be returned or exchanged. This rule keeps your water safe:

• It protects absolute hygiene standards.
• It prevents contamination risks.
• It follows food-grade safety norms.

3. Exceptional Corrective Measures

We may replace a product only in these special cases:

• The packaging is damaged at delivery.
• The bottle leaks or the seal is broken.
• There is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
• The wrong product was delivered.

4. Incident Reporting Protocol

To request a replacement:

• Report the issue within **24 hours** of delivery.
• Share clear photos or video and your order details.

*Note: We may not resolve requests received after 24 hours.*

5. Validation & Resolution

Maharani Beverages LLP checks every request.

• **Approved:** We will arrange a replacement at once.
• **Declined:** If we cannot verify the issue, we will close the request.

The company has the final say on every decision.

6. Financial Reversal Protocols

We usually do not give refunds. We may consider a refund only if:

• A replacement is not possible.
• We cannot deliver the order due to system limits.

Approved refunds go back through the original payment method within a reasonable time.

7. Delivery Audit Responsibility

Please check your products at the time of delivery. Report any visible damage right away. Once you accept the product, it is considered delivered in good condition.

8. Boundary of Responsibility

Maharani Beverages LLP is not responsible for poor storage after delivery. We are not responsible for mishandling by the customer. We are also not responsible for issues after the bottle seal is broken.

9. Governance Evolution

We may update this policy at any time without prior notice. The current policy replaces all earlier versions.
