Distributors and bulk purchasers are expected to maintain the Zenith "Liquid Intelligence" brand standard. This includes proper handling, storage in temperature-controlled environments, and professional representation of the flagship identity.
The Zenith name, logo, "Liquid Intelligence" branding, and botanical/technical graphics are the exclusive property of Maharani Beverages LLP. Unauthorized architectural duplication or brand imitation is strictly prohibited.
All orders placed through the Zenith portal are treated as formal purchase inquiries. Final pricing, availability, and delivery timelines are confirmed upon direct communication with our sales team. We reserve the right to decline orders that cannot be serviced within our quality or logistics framework.
Deliveries are executed across Kolkata, Howrah, and surrounding serviceable regions according to agreed schedules. In the rare event of damaged or compromised product delivery, claims must be reported within 24 hours for swift replacement or refund processing.
Maharani Beverages LLP shall not be held liable for indirect losses arising from delays caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or logistical disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
